'Tilden has gained a reputation over the past five years as the strongest house in a wide variety of events, particularly team and individual sports. I expect another year of good performances in these categories. As House Captain, I intend to focus on areas that have not traditionally been our best, such as artistic events and the intellectual challenges. It is also important to maintain the competitive spirit and not to become complacent; the house will need a solid performance across all of the events by each year group in order to retain the title. It was proven last year that the house has the quality to compete, but we still need the commitment if we are going to succeed. In this way, I hope to lead Tilden to another victory' Tim Greenwood
