'My main goal for this house year is to improve attendance at all house events. I aim to inspire and lead a full team to each event, and I believe as soon as this happens, the points are bound to start coming in. A change in mentality is needed as of right now, house members don't believe we can do well; so people don't want to turn up. Once this is changed, achievements will follow and competition will become more enjoyable.
